We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club cards.  Cash and personal checks are also welcome.

A deposit equal to one night stay (50% for extended stays of 3 or more nights) is required for a confirmed reservation. Full payment for accommodations is due at the time of arrival. Due to our limited size, cancellations have a serious impact on us. We require a 14 day cancellation notice  at which point we will refund your deposit minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations occurring with less than 14 days of your arrival will result in the loss of your deposit. For more details regarding our cancellation policy please contact us.

During peak season, May 31 - October 31, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we require a two night minimum stay.

The State of New Hampshire requires us to collect a Meals and Rentals tax of 9%.

Pardon Our Dust We are in the process of putting together an application to be listed as a National Historical Site. In order to be listed on the National Historical Registry any restorations must follow strict standards. Since we are doing the restoration of our beautiful Inn ourselves this increases the time and effort, but we think it will be well worth it.  We wanted to make our home available to guests as early as possible so that we could share its beauty.  We have completed 99% of the interior restoration and our guest rooms are complete with all amenities however  the exterior is another matter.  Our efforts to make our Inn a “Painted Victorian Lady” is a work in progress.  Please excuse our dust as we bring this grand lady back to her glory days.
