What Our Guests Have to Say!
![]()
This is a delightful B & B tucked in a serene neighborhood in picturesque Plymouth, NH. The innkeepers are gracious hosts who go out of their way to make your stay most pleasant. The gourmet breakfasts we enjoyed were so satisfying that we didn't need to eat again until dinner. I suppose there may be other B & B's that may live up to the same high quality standards as this inn, but they are most likely few and far in between.

In Plymouth for a wedding, we lucked out in making a last minute, two night, reservation with Jane at the Tea Rose Inn. Little did we expect to have struck gold. Tho Jane was away for our stay, husband Frank warmly greeted us on arrival, carried a very heavy bag up to our room, and was the perfect host for the weekend. He also had to do the cooking including a first try but delicious quiche. We stayed in the green room which has a very comfortable king bed.

Great place! Enjoyed sitting on the porch long into the evening with Frank and Jane. The 3 rooms are all different and loaded with period pieces. Also, each room had cable TV. The lower level living room, parlor and dinning room also were decorated with many antiques. The bathrooms all have high quality towels and other amenities. The breakfast was varied each day and they were able to accommodate one of our party with food allergies. The house is very old and still being restored on the exterior but the the interior is all ready for guests.
The little town of Plymouth was its own charm and is close to the local university. Also, the mountains with ski resorts are close enough for a day trip.

My husband and I recently traveled to New Hampshire and stayed at the Tea Rose Inn over the Thanksgiving holidays. It was such a relaxing and cozy time for us, just to get away from the hustle and bustle of Boston. Jane and Frank Hinkle were marvelous hosts and "Can Jane cooK:". What a marvelous breakfast she served us. I would definatly be back again hopfully in the springtime. We just loved it.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Plymouth, NH. We were lucky to have found such a great B&B to stay in during our vacation. Jane and Frank at the Tea Rose Inn were the best hosts that we could've ever asked for. They gave us great suggestions on sites to visit as well as restaurants and shopping. There is so much to do just minutes away from the Tea Rose Inn. Whether it was skiing, fishing, or hiking; we were never short of things to do. The Inn itself was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast that Jane and Frank prepared were delicious. We will definately be staying there again during the summer and I recommend that anyone visiting Plymouth or the lakes region stay at The Tea Rose Inn.

We celebrated in New Hampshire the 30th birthday of our son. The setting couldn't have been better: a beautifully furnished and decorated house, Frank and Jane were very friendly and helpful with all our questions and gave us invaluable advice, and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.

Me and my wife stayed here one night in our road trip to Montreal, and it was amazing. The owners, Jane and Frank, are incredibly personable and great people to talk to. They cook an amazingly delicious breakfast. The room we stayed in (The Green Room) was spacious, the decor was very nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The price is very reasonable. I have literally nothing bad to say about this hotel. If you are in the area, stay here. I know I will again.

The house is beautiful and our room was lovely. The breakfasts are enormous and delicious, with something different prepared each morning! There are lots of other nice touches, including snacks and beverages left out for guests in the afternoons. We recommend the Tea Rose Inn highly and look forward to returning ourselves!

We traveled to New Hampshire this weekend for our son's graduation from Plymouth and what a beautiful weekend it was! The graduation ceremony was beautiful, the weather couldn't have been better and we were so proud of our son! Our stay at the Tea Rose Inn was the icing on the cake. Jane and Frank welcomed us into their beautiful Victorian home like we were old friends. They have paid attention to every detail from the sumptuous bed (select comfort), luxurious towels and delicious hot breakfasts to the warm cookies set out for us each evening. They could not have been more attentive and the service at this beautiful inn is 5 star. We particularly enjoyed our time on the beautiful front porch, enjoying a cup of tea in the evening with those warm cookies and a hot cup of coffee before breakfast. Thanks again Jane and Frank for a memorable weekend.

Wow, what a place! When our children told us they stayed at this wonderful in in New Hampshire we decided to book a trip up there for a long weekend. What a fabulous place! Warm, cozy, pleasant, friendly just to name a few things about the place. Frank and Jane could not have been more accommodating for our every needs. The breakfast was delicious. We recommend the Tea Rose Inn to all of "South Florida" friends in our community going up North to visit their kids!

Our stay at the Tea Rose Inn was worth every mile we traveled from New York! Our friends told us of the wonderful time they had at the Inn so we just called booked our weekend and hit the road! Jane and Frank are lovely. They really know how to make you feel welcome. Everything from the sensational breakfast to the robes and slippers in our room are the best! Looking forward to going back in the summer!

Our weekend stay at the the Inn was fabulous! Jane and Frank are two of the warmest most friendly Inn owners we have come across. We have traveled the country and stayed at many Inn's in both small and large cities, but the Tea Rose, the tops! The rooms are luxurious and very warm and cozy. The grounds are gorgeous even with the snow! Service is 5 star and there isn't anything Jane and Frank won't do to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are already looking forward to our trip back in the summer to enjoy the great food and the warmth of the New England hospitality from Jane and Frank.

My husband and I stayed at this old Victorian home owned by Frank and Jane. They are warm friendly people who add to the home's atmosphere. If you choose to stay at the Tea Rose, you are in for a pleasant surprise. This home is decorated in Victorian decor, antiques, pretty china and beautiful glassware. Our room included every amenity- slippers, robes, toiletries, big fluffy towels, etc. The king size bed had select comfort controls. When we returned to our room in the evening, we were greeted with three red roses placed on the night stand, a small box of chocolates and bottles of water. Breakfast the next morning was an experience. The entrance to the dinning room had an antique buffet table with an assortment of fresh sweet rolls, bagels, fruit, cereal and other yummy treats. Upon entering the main dinning room, we were met with an elegant and fully set table. There was a tasty French apple strudel and fluffy scrambled eggs waiting for us in a pretty covered chafing dish. We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere for as long as we could while we finished our coffee and juice and talked with the owner, Frank. Upon finishing our hardy breakfast, we were then invited for lunch if we were still in the area. We were unable to return even though we would have enjoyed it.
